Terms of Use — Online Booking

Last updated: 22, September, 2026.

1. Purpose of these Terms

These Terms of Use apply specifically to your use of our online booking system to request or confirm a mobile chiropractic appointment with On The Run Chiropractic (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting a booking through our website or booking portal (powered by Cliniko), you agree to these Terms.

These Terms of Use work alongside, and do not replace, our full Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, both available on our website. Where there is a conflict, our Terms and Conditions govern the overall service relationship, and these Terms of Use govern the online booking process itself.

2. Eligibility to book

  • You must be 18 years or older to make a booking. If booking on behalf of a minor or a dependent, you confirm you are their parent, guardian, or otherwise authorised to make health decisions on their behalf.
  • You confirm that the information you provide during booking (name, contact details, address, and any health information requested) is true, current, and complete.

3. What happens when you book online

  • Submitting a booking request through the Website is an offer to receive services, not a guaranteed appointment until you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us.
  • You will be asked to provide the address at which the mobile consultation will take place and may be asked to complete a brief online health/intake questionnaire prior to your appointment.
  • We may contact you to confirm details, request additional information, or reschedule if your requested time or location cannot be accommodated.
  • Appointment reminders may be sent by SMS or email using the contact details you provide. You can opt out of reminders by contacting us directly.

4. Booking deposit and payment

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is payable at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is processed securely through Stripe.

By completing an online booking, you consent to this deposit being charged to the payment method you provide.

The deposit will be deducted from the total consultation fee, with the remaining balance charged at the commencement of your consultation, using the same or an updated payment method.

If you cancel or reschedule in accordance with the notice period set out in our Terms and Conditions, your deposit will be credited toward your rescheduled appointment. If you cancel with less notice, or do not attend (“no-show”), the deposit is forfeited and does not count toward any future booking, and the late-cancellation fee in our Terms and Conditions may also apply.

If we cancel or are unable to provide your appointment (see our Terms and Conditions), your deposit will be refunded in full or credited toward a rescheduled appointment, at your preference.

5. Accuracy of health information

The online health questionnaire is used to help our practitioner prepare for your consultation — it is not a substitute for a full clinical assessment, which will occur in person. You must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and conditions accurately. Incomplete or inaccurate information provided at booking may affect the safety or suitability of treatment, and we are not responsible for outcomes arising from information you did not disclose.

Nothing provided through the online booking process, including any automated confirmation or questionnaire response, constitutes clinical advice or a diagnosis.

6. Cancellations and changes made online

If our booking portal allows you to cancel or reschedule a booking directly, changes made less than 48 hours’ notice, before your appointment are still subject to the cancellation fee set out in our Terms and Conditions, regardless of the method used to cancel.

7. Account and booking security

  • If our booking system requires you to create an account or profile, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all bookings made using your account.
  • Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

8. Website and booking portal availability

We use Cliniko to manage online bookings. While we take reasonable steps to keep the booking portal available and accurate, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for booking issues caused by outages, technical faults, or errors on the part of our third-party booking provider. If you’re unable to book online, please contact us directly by phone or email.

9. Privacy

Information you submit through the online booking process, including health information in any intake questionnaire, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [link to Privacy Policy].

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to our booking process or the law. The version in effect at the time you make a booking will apply.
