To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the day of your appointment. After payment, you’ll receive an email invoice that can be used to claim any eligible private health insurance rebates.
After your appointment, an invoice will be emailed to you with the information required to claim your private health insurance rebate.
Just let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment and there’s no charge. Your deposit carries over to your new booking. Cancellations within 48 hours, or missed appointments, result in loss of the deposit, as that time slot is reserved specifically for you. We understand health situations can be unpredictable, so genuine emergencies will be considered case-by-case. Please read our T&C’s found at the bottom of the page for more information.
On this page you will find an interactive map outlining our service area across the Sunshine Coast. If your suburb falls outside this service area, an additional travel fee will apply.
To ensure effective treatment, it is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated, such as sportswear or loose-fitting clothing. If receiving treatment for the upper back, shoulders or neck, a sports bra or strappy vest top may be suitable for women. For lower body treatments, exercise shorts are recommended.
Ideally, approximately 2m x 3m is enough. This allows the practitioner to move around the table and assess your movement and function thoroughly.
